SURF has a variety of conference rooms available by the hour. We also have rolling smart-boards, projector, screen, audio system, rolling white boards, conference phones, refrigerator, coffee, tea and filtered water – for no extra charge.
We have a large variety of beautiful spaces for you to host an event or meeting. The sizes vary from rooms for 3 to 150 people:
1) 8 smaller conference rooms (with room for 2 to 10 people) Free for SURF Members and For Non-Members the rate is $15/hour, 9am-5pm, $25/hour after 5PM and on the weekends.
These spaces are available 24/7 with is a two hour minimum for non-SURF Member reservations.
Each room include free and powerful wifi.
Smart boards and projectors are available for no extra charge.
2) SURF Café (with room for up to 150 people) $110 per hour and includes the adjacent kitchen with plenty of counter space. There are two refrigerators available for no charge and we even have plates, cups and stemware for no extra charge.
3) Sunset Beach (with room for up to 50 people) $55/hour Non-Member Rate
We have hosted AT&T hackathons, corporate retreats, special training sessions, photo shoots, panel discussions, workshops, product demos, code debugging and networking parties.
Great city views and easy access to all public transportation such as ferries, taxis, Uber, Lyft, trains and buses. We are just two blocks from the fast train to SeaTac airport. There is parking in the basement and for evening events, we can provide $10 parking passes. There are lots of parking options within four blocks.
