SURF has a variety of conference rooms available by the hour. Included with your booking is access to the following: rolling smart-screen, projector, audio system, white board, conference phone, refrigerator, coffee, tea and filtered water.
We have a large variety of beautiful spaces for you to host your event. The sizes vary from rooms for 3 to 120 people:
These spaces are available 24/7 with a two-hour minimum. Each room includes powerful wifi.
1. Sunset Beach (with room for 30 people) $100/hour.
2. SURF Café (with room for 100 people) $200 per hour and includes the adjacent kitchen and plenty of counter space. There are two refrigerators available and we even have plates, cups, and stemware. This space includes access to our coffee station with four large thermos dispensers.
We have hosted AT&T hackathons, holiday parties, corporate retreats, special training sessions, photo shoots, panel discussions, workshops, product demos, code debugging and networking functions.
Great city views and easy access to all public transportation such as ferries, taxis, Uber, Lyft, trains and buses. We are just two blocks from the LINK train to SeaTac airport.
There is paid parking at the base of the building with access on Madison Ave.
Vehicles coming in Mon-Fri from 05:30 am to 09:00 am that stay at least 6 hours, but not more than 10 hours are automatically assigned the $16 EarlyBird rate at the exit.
Monday- Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM is $14 per hour or $34 per day.
Weekends are a flat rate of $7.
