The Conference Day
Up to 100, plus two breakouts
The Café runs the plenary while Maui and Oahu take the breakouts, all on the same floor so nobody hunts for a room between sessions. This is the shape most large offsites here end up in.
$320/hr for the full combination.
Best for: All-hands, summits, and multi-track workshops
Main Room & Side Room
40 in the main room, 26 alongside
Waimea for the main session and Sunset Beach next door for smaller groups, meals, or a quiet room. The single most common combination on our calendar.

Open the Café for the crowd and the food, and use Sunset Beach for the talk, the VIP room, or a press corner. Popular for evening events.
